Spinach Rapini in dirt pile
Seeded Spinach and Rapini in dirt pile. Soil was dry, and sunny- so why not.
In the end got a good crop of spinach from here.

Lock the Hems- Snowin' & Blowin' Feb25/11
This dwarf hemlock seems to have been nicely dusted. It has recently started to grow rather quickly in the last couple of years. For the dozen years up to that time the growth has been very slow and minimal.
