Cut off asparagus
Cleaned up eggplant pepper tomato luff
And out into bin
Also added some grass clippings leaves
Cleaned up some Shasta castor bean sunflowers basil cilantro

Out squash vines then layers of clipping
Added tomato vine to enlarge pile
Clippings plus leaves smelled just right

May 6/12 Other Tasks

Dug 3 maples from rose of sharon/shrub rose bed and planted along fence line near the big hole dug near railway tracks.
Planted one beside transplanted mulberry from last fall

fertilized vege garden with 20-20-20 -6 Tbsp per 5 gal pail

Rototiller- filled with HD oil in engine-
put some compost from big compost pallet bin into bed for pepper/eggplant bed

Rototilled squash bed- one pass

How low will it B by spring?
Or next week?

Tall box empty and fill

Emptied most of tall box to fill new boxes
Can use as place to put old squash tomato vines etc

Cleaned up NZ spinach stems added manure cultivated
Fert 10-52-10 on newly transpl onions and lettuce. And transplanted eggplant
Fert granular fert on onions sets,garlic, seeded previous beds, and newly planted onions
Weeding of onion set beds
