Fixed back hose,
Found Killdeer nest on driveway
Sprayed roundup on beds, drive, veggie garden
Trimmed, wisteria potentilla by pool,tamarix by basement, dogwood by youngs birch
Emptied composter
Planted broccoli in bed, re- seeded rapini, from before- looks like cold killed it.
Sewed, spargo spinach in another bee box
Dug mulberry from front bed planted past Chinese elm, dug some redbud put under hawthorn along road
Outside transplanted pansy to 1204 flats,
Moved potentilla from arbour bed to corn boil bed.
Grackles- do I have them on the run?
2 canada geese landed on the roof.
Fertilized trees with wet fertilizer- used about 3-4 bags
Started up rototiller
Inside- transplanted 1204 tomato to 4” pots, also some pepper and eggplant
2008 mini pepper seed didn’t grow.
Transplanted some eggplants, pepper to 1204,
Trransplanted delphinium to 1204,
Seeded more basil

Trimmed spirea from garage side front, took out all large stems
Trimmed back mahonia by front porch back hard, stuck some stems in soil to see if will root
cut yew back along front edge to allow rockery stone to show
Trimmed hydrangea Annabelle back and hydrangea ivy . stuck some cuttings in soil to see if will root
Planted Spanish onion and dutch sets about 10 per row in box, seeded some broccoli in between
Filled one bee box by deck, Seeded leaf lettuce,
Rapini started to come up, spinach just starting,
Elephant garlic looks squishy? Did it survive winter.?
Good crop of peppers/eggplant starting
Coleus starting to come up

Brought figs out from garage- stems look dry, bud starting to get green??

Sunny day, broccoli is up
Seeded one box
1 row rapini collected, 1 beets detroit dark red, 2 lettuce prizehead, 1 beets d d r, 1 Rapini, 1 carrot danvers, spinach, chard red, spinach spargo, carrot, rapini
at end of box 2 rows of sugar snap-sugar ann (20 per row)
Seeded in 1204 some orange pepper seeds from grocery store.
