Planted some rooted willow various spots
Trimmed hawthorns along front road to allow lilacs to grow better
Planted another boxwood under the oak tree. In doing so dig up the daffodils bunch. Planted daffodils along front at road
Planted the silver maple seedlings at far end along road

Out squash vines then layers of clipping
Added tomato vine to enlarge pile
Clippings plus leaves smelled just right

July 23/13 harvested, many extra large garlic cloves harvested. super jumbo size
better sized than large garlic planted in big garden bed, planted same time
Due to the better soil conditions than the clay soil in the large bed

Luffa never got to enough size to produce any sponge

Frost warning for Sunday night October 8/12

Low of 3 predicted
At 1030 pm some ice had formed on the pipes
Temp supposedly 3 already
By 739 am was 4 degrees

Only the luffa and zucchini appeared to have been affected
