Enjoy.
I don’t like small seed packages. Seeds and flower should bring joy.
They are all from last year and should all germinate.
If some don’t sprout 🌱 let me know and I will send you more
Just remember rhubarb takes a long time to come up and grow.  But they will.
Chinese chives, look like grass and are very thin when they come up.
They need to be cut 4x per season. So the first year just let grow, cut, let grow and cut again and let grow. Cut back before winter. Next year you will be able to have edible chives.  Don’t cut back when they bloom, because they are self seeding
Hibiscus seeds, dump in water bottle with some water. Put in microwave for a min and repeat tomorrow. Leave seeds in water till they sprout. Dump on soil, sprinkle light soil on top and put under grow light.
Plant out after all frost.
Do not cut back in fall. Let die down. They come up from the ground. Next year in spring, Break old dried stems of when you see new sprouts coming up.
Hibiscus are hardy and grow to shrubs and 2ft taller every year
