talked to Brenda later- they have been doing the radish for over 20 years.
Sometimes when the cold hits, the radishes start to rot and the smell is somewhat strong- Blame the river!

At this point guessing to plant 500 or so here

New potatoes from 3 plants Aug21

The seed potatoes with the longest sprouts seem to be the ones that have died back the quickest

Here are the diggings from the first three plants
With hard clay the sea didn't go far
Also maybe could have been deeper or mounded up more
A little over 5 lbs total
