May 20/18 fertilized garlic

Fertilized garlic with 8-32-16
Garlic with paper mulch - not as lush as garlic without mulch
Microbes are using up some N
Added some 20-0-15 lawn fert to mulched garlic

Also fertilized other vegetable beds
